Immerse Winery is owned by the Myles family, who have a fierce passion for fantastic food and wine. After travelling many of the best food and wine regions in the world, owners Steve and Helen decided that the Yarra Valley had some of the best produce of any region. They dreamed of creating the ultimate food and wine experience, and thus Immerse was born!
