Drawing inspirations from the nature, their restaurant team strives to deliver an ever changing menu that is heavily influenced by our relationship to the Yarra Valley. Over our long history at this site we have developed close friendships with producers and owners of small family owned estates, and these friends now deliver produce directly to our chefs as they ripen. Therefore, a dish may be available for only a small time as the produce will dictate the menu for the week, month or season.

Bread will be baked daily, pickles, chutneys, and ferments will take pride of place against locally sourced meats and we will have a strong focus on vegetables and herbs grown onsite. Our menu based on locally sourced produce will change on a weekly basis. The event menu is crafted around the season and may change due to the availability of produce.
