For blemishes, any good makeup artist will know how to expertly cover any blemishes or spots you may have. For the irritability, do the best you can to not snap at people. It will be hard, but no one expects you to be 100% calm on your wedding day. Just remember to take a minute to breathe if you need it!
If you need to go to the restroom to handle your period, it might be difficult saying that to your guests. Tell your maid of honour or a bridesmaid about your situation ahead of time. Give her a signal to make up an excuse to sneak you away!
