Souad & Joe
We had the honour of capturing Souad and Joe’s beautiful wedding day at Labassa Mansion and Brookwood Receptions, in Victoria. The wedding photography portraits have a beautifully grand and luxurious style. Souad and Joe look lovingly into each other’s eyes, as we captured their affection and emotion. The staircase photograph is particularly striking as it so beautifully balances location, lighting, perspective and Souad in her dress. Their ceremony was lively and exciting, and a set of instrumentalists accompanied friends and family down the aisle. As flower petals fell, special memories were created and remembered forever in these photographs.
The wedding reception was magical, complete with firework effects and endless dancing! As Souad and Joe share intimate moments, cutting their cake, and dancing through a cloud of smoke surrounded by their loved ones, we photographed each and every moment. We ensured that nothing was missed, and the memories remain strong and everlasting.

Here at Brookwood Receptions, we aim to turn dreams into reality! We believe that special events need to be held with the right atmosphere, location and setting. Our two rooms, The Nova Room and The Ballroom, for functions from 30 guests, and up to 550 guests, provide the right elegance and perfect seating arrangements. Our experienced function co-ordinators are able to assist you with every step to make your function a unique success and one to remember.
Our entrance is encased with style, provided with complementary drinks and savouries for all our guests on arrival in our cosy foyer.
The Ballroom
This delightful, spacious facility can accommodate up to 550 guests. With breathtaking chandeliers, and customised backdrop for bridal tables, friends and family are able to enjoy the classic and romantic atmosphere and take advantage of the ballroom sized dance floor. It is wonderful for luncheons, dinners, entertainment and dancing the night away. The existing dance floor and stage are features that allow guests to turn up to tempo and enjoy a live band or Dj after an elegant meal. Brookwood offers a range of elegant wrought iron candelabras as centrepiece on tables, accompanied with a range of linen tablecloths and napkins (with your own choice of color). We provide for grand entrances of your choice, such as pyrotechnics, or laser lights, and dry ice, to make your entrance outstanding. (additional costs may apply).We understand the importance of having a separate bridal room for the bridal party to suit themselves up, and therefore provide for bridal suites, with complimentary food and drinks upon arrival.
